Knife draw x 60, Grand Total: 2880
Kanji Review
Intuflow (RPT 8, RPE 3, RPD 2)
Well, just as I thought would happen, by the time I get a chance to do my reps, I was exhausted. So I only did 60, and I won't get to make 3000 until later this week. It also occurs to me that in my OKRs, I didn't say anything about the knife stuff. So my concentration for Q2 knife work is drawing on the move. I'll start tomorrow with walking the hourglass and drawing. I should probably get out the sword and work my Atienza targeting chains too, because I'm sure they're rusty.
Intuflow went very well. I went deep into the movements. Even my 4CBD felt pretty good, although that's still the only place with significant discomfort. I'm sure I'll get these hip flexors un-knotted eventually. I got Mrs Chops to do all of the spinal movements, for the second day this week, which she needs. I keep trying to talk her into doing the rest of it, but the video is long (lots of excellent explanations), and she's trying to fit this in after the kids go to bed and her Billy's Boot Camp workout, and before her own bath. There's just not a lot of time for working out in the evenings. Still, I'll keep pestering her. Once you've seen the video and heard the explanations a few times, it only takes 15 minutes to run through the routine. Maybe I'll try getting her to add one new movement per day.
