Intuflow beginner level, RPE 3, RPT 7, RPD 1
You might notice that there's no /WW after the Intuflow. I did a full, real Intuflow session, I think. I may have forgot one or two movements, but other than that, I did the whole thing.
Also, knife stuff done with my new training knife. It actually opens a bit smoother than my real knife, probably because it doesn't have 2400 draws on it. Makes me think that maybe it's time to clean and oil the bearing on my daily carry.
