Just to break up the chops show

I did my 55 reps tonight. I'm still way behind schedule. I think I need to start doing them every night with no nights off for a few weeks to get back on schedule.

I'm still completely failing at my secondary goals. I'm going to restart the workout schedule tomorrow.
