For record keeping purposes, last night's Intuflow was RPT 6, RPE 3, RPD 1. As usual, I felt pretty good about RPT on most of the movements, with trouble on the 4CBD (although I kept the legs lower, as I have been doing, and it seems to be helping) . I also felt like my Shoulder-Elbow-Wrist arm waves were a little off, so I'll try to pay more attention to my form there tonight.
Since I'm just shy of 3000 reps for the month, I'm considering cranking out 180 knife reps tonight. Of course, that's easy to say right now. We'll see how I feel once the boys have gone to bed tonight.
