For the pushups and situps, today marked the shift from five set routines to eight set routines, with less rest in between sets. It started out pretty easy, since each set had much fewer reps in it, but it started to hurt quite a bit by the fifth set. For the last set of pushups, I only managed half of the minimum. So I did another max set after situps, where I managed to get 65 pushups. Then I did another set after Intuflow, which got me 30 pushups. Then I did knife draws. It's been 10 minutes since I finished those, and my arms are still shaking.
I hit my limit for Swedish in the car today and had to switch it back to Opeth for the ride home. I'm going to take the morning commute off tomorrow, then pick it back up on the way home tomorrow.
