Yep, I hit my 100 today. I had to stop for a breather at 75, and the form went to crap after that, but I hit 100, dammit. I suppose I'll add the neat little gif badges to the sidebar shortly.

For Be Breathed, I found a neat tutorial that gives you a progression to follow in order to get to Butterfly. I did 10 reps of 3 of the movements, then 10 reps of the basic crunch, and 10 more of the crunching situp. I think I might need to do more slower reps of the last two exercises, though. My big ole gut gets in the way of full lumbar spinal articulation, so I'm not getting the full movement. I think that if I take it slower and concentrate on the contraction, I can get better articulation. So, overall, RPE 6, RPT 5 (although a little higher on the initial exercises), and RPD 2. Not too shabby.

Added some new Kanji to the mix today. And I started lesson 5 again for Swedish. I like lesson 5. It makes me feel like I'm starting to get somewhere with the language, but this is probably mostly an illusion.

No RPE/RPT/RPD for Intuflow because I haven't done it yet. I wanted to crank this post out while I was thinking about it.
